    6 weeks after breaking my leg in March 2018 I came across Warrior Women. I was suffering from post natal depression after having my son in Feb 2017. The welcome was so warm that i was instantly addicted. Over the last 2 and a half years I have rebuilt my leg, my overall body but most importantly my mind.     Before I joined Warrior Women I’d had several gym memberships I never made use of but never really thought I would be a class person.  But since joining 18 months ago I have never looked back.  In the last six months and especially since Covid I have been enjoying the online classes and in particular focused on the strength and resistance sessions.  I have seen some real shape changing results and received many comments from friends and family.  I have made some great friendships and I feel physically and mentally stronger than before.

    I love the Warrior Women classes I have never smiled so much when doing exercise.  I joined about 9 months ago just after my 60th birthday.  I was really nervous but everyone was lovely although I was very achy the next day. Since lockdown the online classes have been a life saver and kept me sane as well as fit in fact I am now the fittest I have ever been. Highly recommend them.

    Warrior Women classes are absolutely brilliant, doing the workouts with a group of like minded women is amazing. Jamie offers a wide variety of classes and all of which are filled with enthusiasm and to keep it interesting a different workout every session. her martial arts techniques integrated with HIIT sessions are hard but super fun. no matter what fitness level you’re at she’s got you covered. I have really improved my fitness level over the last year and a half I have gained so much strength and self confidence and feel healthier stronger, and sleep better. Love it, hard work but totally worth it!!!!!

About Warrior

Warrior Women is a fitness company designed to promote, support and help all women to achieve their full potential using the medium of exercise. We use a combination of HIIT, Bodyweight, Box and Plyometric training in our unique Warrior Women routines designed by women for women. Jamie Mckagan is our lead instructor and you will see her sweating along with you on the free videos and workouts from the 60 day plan. Jamie has been studying a range of martial arts for over ten years and has chosen some simple yet effective techniques to give you a solid grounding in self defence. You will find some free videos to give you an insight into what is on the 60 day plan.
