Warrior HIIT - A 60 minute HIIT session ending with a 10 minute core burner
Equipment - Bodyweight only, exercise mat for floor work.
Warrior Strong - A 60 minute strength building class
Equipment - Bodyweight options or using home gym equipment eg dumbbells, kettlebells, rucksacks (filled with household objects for weight), resistance bands and chairs.
Warrior Kettlebells - A 60 minute kettlebell session incorporating strength and cardio wrapped into one
Equipment - Kettlebells or can be done using dumbbells or weight plates
Warrior Mini Bands - A 60 minute full body strength class
Equipment - Latex looped resistance band
Warrior Booty Band Burn - A 60 minute booty focused resistance band strength session
Equipment - Fabric and/or latex looped resistance bands
Warrior Combat HIIT - Martial arts inspired 60 minute HIIT session
Equipment - Bodyweight only
