Warriors - it's important to warm up before exercising so I have created a five minute warm up which you can use before any of our routines.

WARRIOR MINI HIIT

A little taster HIIT routine for you...1 round, 4 exercises. 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest.

Our HIIT routines incorporates bodyweight and plyometric exercises with a Warrior Women twist. You will find full HIIT routines in our 60 day plan.

WARRIOR MINI POWER & CARDIO ROUTINE

One 4 minute round of 8 exercises. 30 seconds of each exercise. No rest.

Strength exercises combined with cardio exercises to give you a full body workout. Find full versions in our 60 day plan.

WARRIOR SELF DEFENCE TECHNIQUE

A little taster of one of our easy to learn, practical and effective self defence techniques.
