We bring you a wide-ranging selection of classes from high intensity cardio to low intensity strength training.  With modifications and adaptations available theres a level of training for everyone in every session.  All you need is a phone, tablet or laptop, an internet connection and you!

Classes 


Warrior HIIT – A 60 minute HIIT session ending with a 10 minute core burner 

Equipment – Bodyweight only, exercise mat for floor work.

Warrior Strong – A 60 minute strength building class 

Equipment – Bodyweight options or using home gym equipment eg dumbbells, kettlebells, rucksacks (filled with household objects for weight), resistance bands and chairs.

Warrior Kettlebells – A 60 minute kettlebell session incorporating strength and cardio wrapped into one

Equipment – Kettlebells or can be done using dumbbells or weight plates

Warrior Mini Bands – A 60 minute full body strength class 

Equipment – Latex looped resistance band

Warrior Booty Band Burn – A 60 minute booty focused resistance band strength session

Equipment – Fabric and/or latex looped resistance bands

Warrior Combat HIIT – Martial arts inspired 60 minute HIIT session

Equipment – Bodyweight only
