Warrior women workouts contain elements of combat training to add to the confidence you’ll feel when you complete our plan. Having trained for 12 years in a variety of martial arts Jamie seamlessly blends fighting techniques into high intensity workouts so you’re not only burning fat, building strength and working towards your goals but also learning the fundamental body movements of self defence.

What’s even better is that £5 from every plan sold goes towards the charity Women’s Aid and helps protect women and children in desperate need.
